After booking your appraisal, an appraiser will show up at your property at an agreed upon time frame.
Once there, they will proceed to take pictures and notes of every room in the dwelling, then will head out side and take pictures and make a sketch of the house, garage and any out buildings.

Once this part has been completed, they will head back to the office and put the report together .
Once the agreed upon fee has been paid, the report will be sent to you.
